Feel like a taste of Spain? We know how you feel… It’s so good! We recommend Tapeo, a small and unpretentious restaurant / bar where you will be able to sample a whole variety of tapas and taste a good selection of national wines. Yes, there will be ample choice! We tasted the plain tortilla, the “croquetas” with ham and cheese, a platter of deli cold meats, “pan con tomate” (absolutely delicious), the marinated and ultra fresh “king fish” and one of the daily specials with fried chorizo and cheese. You’re right, maybe it’s not what you had in mind to keep your waistline but once in a while, let yourself go! And as we really needed a booster on the day of our visit, we couldn’t resist the churros… with a touch of chocolate. What’s wrong with that? Let’s rather talk about the décor… Simple, with no frills. There are no tables, just a bar that opens on to the kitchen. Opt to come in small groups. Everyone side by side, it’s much more convivial.
