A new HK food venue which we've totally fallen for...and you can also check 'Australian' off the list of world cuisines that you've tried. Head to the 2nd floor of 77 Wyndham Street to enjoy some great food at this Aussie bistro.
Before you sit down, first take the time to soak up the decor: we really like the slate walls, the posters and the faux veranda. Now let's focus on the food. We went at lunchtime, so we treated ourselves to the set lunch which includes a starter and a main meal for 138 HKD. The greek salad was very good- and very big (but watch out for the onions - remove them if you want to avoid smelling all afternoon!) We liked the crab- potato combo too.
For the main meal, one of us went for the really tasty cod, and the other went for the veggie option, 'Mushroom in my way… '. The mushrooms were delicious, but we would have liked a bigger portion. If you come for dinner, be sure to play the local Aussie and go for kangaroo! BellBrook is also a great brunch destination.
