A certified pastry chef with a food licence in Hong Kong, Pauline shares her love and passion for French dessert by baking fresh made-to-order cakes and tarts. Whether you are in the mood for a decadent Chocolate Praline tart, a pepsy Lemon Meringue tart, an old-school buttery Brioche or a Vanilla Flan, she got you covered.

Frenchie Toquee’s menu features:
  • Tart: from HKD 360 (serves 4 to 6 people)
  • Layer Cakes: from HKD 595 (serves 5-6)
  • Entremets: from HKD 340 for a flan, HKD 460 for a Praline & Lemon entremet or Hazelnut & Praline entremet (serves 6-7) …
  • Number Cakes: from HKD 200 for 1 letter
  • Smash Cakes
  • Mignardises

And if you fancy something that’s not on the menu, just send her a message. She might be able to accommodate your craving (she did when I desperately needed a Tropezienne tart after my summer plans in the South of France got cancelled).
